Replacing the belt on a Lortone Model 3A tumbler is an easy job. Use a screwdriver to open the case, loosen the screws that hold the motor to the case, stretch the belt over the two pulleys, move the motor until the belt is snug on the pulleys, tighten the motor-mounting screws and close the case.
