A 1lb (454g) of mixed rough gemstones suitable for lapidary tumbling. One bag is a sufficient load for a 3lb tumbler barrel. This is a natural stone product and the photograph is will give you an idea of some of the stones in our mix, but it is not an exact representation of what you will receive.

The kit in the video includes: • The Lorton 3A Rotary tumbler: a single 3 lb. capacity barrel, running on 115V, 60 HZ. Barrel interior: approximately 4inch diameter x 4 inches deep • Step 1: 60/90 silicon carbide (coarse grind) 20 oz. (566.9 grams) • Step 2: 220 silicon carbide (medium grind) 14 oz. (396.8 grams) • Step 3: 600 silicon carbide (final grind) 11 oz. (311.8 grams) • Step 4: 600 aluminum oxide (pre polish) 11 oz. (311.8 grams) • Step 5: lusterite polish 6 oz. Smoothing: repeat step one, adding silicon carbide abrasive and water, checking every 3 days for status of the product 3.
