Olive 'Jade' is a Serpentine stone, from the Silicates family of minerals. Some of the mystical healing properties attributed to Serpentine include: balances mood swings, encourages the ability to solve conflicts by peaceful means, said to be an exceptional meditation stone, as it clears the chakras and stimulates the crown chakra, opening psychic abilities.

Serpentine Varieties have a Mohs hardness ranging between 2 and 5, so it’s not a great choice for bracelets, as it tends to fracture easily.
